Howard Card Safety Award Winners

The safety award is named after Howard Card, a 23-year veteran of the New Jersey Highway Patrol. Mr. Card was responsible for the regulatory oversight of the propane industry, including enforcement of safety codes. The award was established in his honor after his death in May, 1993. His wife, Doris, and daughter, Donna, accepted the first award on his behalf.
