Marketer (intrastate or multi-state)
  • Any person, firm or corporation operating in the state of New Jersey whose business is the sale of propane gas.
  • Sales are made directly to ultimate consumers and/or indirectly through established dealers to ultimate consumers.
  • Membership in this category includes membership in the National Propane Gas Association.
  • To qualify for membership in the New Jersey Propane Gas Association, a multi-state marketer must be a member of the National Propane Gas Association.
